Dec 14h - Day 7th

A. Zeb Moghal

A. Zeb Moghal

This morning, A. Zeb Moghal gave us an introduction to a simple Sufi meditation. The meditation included a powerful breathing exercise. After the meditation, Zeb spoke about the role of meditation in every day life, and started an interesting dialogue. Some of the questions were: “How do I know if I’m the right track (as a seeker)”, what does it mean that the experiences are not personal? and more. After the session, we continued the discussion on a cafГ© nearby.

Dec 10th - Third day

Svend Trier

Svend Trier

We had a wonderful meditation session with Svend Trier, the creator of the Quantum Seminars.
He introduced us to the ‘basic’ meditation principle:
To start each meditation as though it was the first.
To have no expectation. Each meditation is different.
Svend guided us through the meditation. The aim was to be
fully present in each moment. To allow and accept each moment
for what it is and relax into it.

The subsequent discussion focused on the concept of the global brain, that we are all one.
Svend quoted the book, ‘The Global Brain’ by Peter Russell and we discussed the emergence of a collective consciousness. The task if at a personal level for each of us to use our unique talents to make a difference. Looking within and finding what is true for you, the authentic you.

Dec 8th - first day

Karen Blincoe

Karen Blincoe

This morning 30 people joined the first event led by Karen Blincoe. Martin, a volunteer from the KlimaForum09 crew had set up a beautiful room, and Karen guided a 30 minutes meditation that concluded with a visualisation.

After the meditation we had a discussion/sharing about setting our intent for the next 11 days to come. It was great to feel the global representation, and simply being together.

Tomorrow Sraddhalu Ranade will guide us through the morning, while Copenhagen is waking up to a new Climate Change day.

Hope to see you there

/Jon
